A sophisticated, jazz-infused setting of Feste’s song from Shakespeare’s Twelfth Night. This SATB work abandons traditional madrigal styles for a cocktail-jazz harmonic palette and smooth, syncopated rhythms. It’s a stylish and catchy secular piece that demands rhythmic precision and a relaxed, cool vocal delivery from mixed choirs.
