György Orbán: Cantico di Frate Sole (SMsATBB, piano)

A grand, multi-layered setting of the Canticle of the Sun for mixed voices and piano. The writing is rich and expansive, utilizing a six-part vocal structure to create a wide, orchestral-like sound. It is a celebratory and energetic work that balances rhythmic drive with moments of deep, melodic warmth.
